The hotel is very clean and has extremely comfortable beds and pillows, clean towels issued daily and you can get clean beach towels daily for 10 euros deposit. The hotel is in a quite area, close by are a supermarket , 2-3 tavernas and car hire and tourist trips can be booked at the car hire centre. A coffee snack bar and a restaurant. You can catch a bus from the bus stop (10 minute walk) to Rethymon or Heraklion.
If you turn left out of the hotel and walk down the road for 5 minutes you will come to a car hire centre, you can book tourist trips from here. We went on a day trip to Chania and a second trip we took to Elafonisi beach, this took us up into the mountains and to a beautiful beach.
Plenty of food to select from and always a special personal service. Michael and his team of staff in the dinning Hall were so friendly and accommodating. Michael greeted us each night and made sure that everything was ok
During the evenings there is an outside bar and terrace where you can sit and watch the sunset. Bar closes around 11pm and most people are in bed around 11.30pm. Once a week there is a live DJ until 11.00pm.
The sea is very warm and has a sand bank after a few metres , waves can be choppy some days but mostly calm seas.
The bar is by the beach and the bar staff were very friendly and helpful, supplying us with Raki and wine. You can also get fruit, pizza and cake from the bar during the day time. Sun beds are comfortable and free on the beach.
Whilst on holiday , we had a knock on the door one morning and a lady arrived with a birthday cake , bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine for my husband's birthday and a lovely birthday card from Christos (Hotel Manager). This was a lovely unexpected surprise for my husband and myself.

We rarely have time to sit and write a review but on this occasion and having just come back from our 10night honeymoon and having had such an incredible time we feel we owe it to all of the staff at white olive elite! Thank you so much. Each and every member of the staff were exceptional, hard working, kind, friendly and very attentive. (A special thanks to our cleaner also who was a little gem each day) The meals each and every day were delicious with so much variety (so much so we chose to eat at the hotel each night of our stay) having previously accepted that over the ten nights we would likely chose to eat out a few times…….we never did once!! My wife is a former holiday rep, well travelled and yet was still in awe of the beautiful island and the service provided by the hotel and staff! A lovely atmosphere, spotlessly clean and in a lovely location, what more could we wish for! Thakyou again for making our honeymoon a holiday we will never forget, we can’t wait to visit again! We came late September and on arrival was met by Sire on reception who was wonderful throughout our stay helping us with any questions we had and opened the shop on an evening where we bought some nice gifts to bring home. The pool area is lovely and clean and plenty of space for everyone. The drinks on the all inc pool bar were brill and had a lot of choice, yes you have to pay for some premium drinks but there’s plenty to choose from anyway. And the pool bar staff were great fun throughout. We really enjoyed breakfast and ate every day, plenty to choose from, yoghurt, fruit, breads, cheese, cereal, bacon etc. We also enjoyed lunch, lovely fresh salads to choose from as well as hot dishes which varied daily from local foods to pizza, pasta, burgers. The pool snack bar was also really good with different choices daily. We only ate on an evening twice. Once we really enjoyed and the other not so much but this was just down to preference and we like to eat out on an evening and explore the area. The only thing I would say is that for a 4/5 star hotel they don’t have a fresh cooking station like most hotels which would have been a nice touch. The rooms were lovely and clean, bright and fresh. Good sized balcony and a great pool view. We didn’t see any entertainment on an day or an evening but this didn’t really bother us, however if your booking a hotel for this then it doesn’t happen here.

We had a wonderful stay at white olive premium. The hotel is lovely and our room was very clean, with a great view of the sea and sunset at night. All of the staff were very accommodating, particularly Georgia the waitress who was absolutely excellent and made our stay extra special. We can’t thank her enough

the property was lovely and clean as well as the pool. the food was one of, if not the best all inclusive food I’ve had. down to the variety and taste. but what topped it all off was the exceptional welcome and service from the manager and all his staff throughout the whole stay. we would also like to specially thank Georgia, as she was happy to help us with any questions. And how loved and welcomed she made us feel. we will defiantly be returning and recommending white olive premium, to anyone we hear is taking a trip to the island. Thank you so much for a lovely stay !

We loved everything about our stay - the view from our room was incredible looking out across the bay and beautiful blue waters and sky - the food was good and location is great close to the town and the beach! The beach here is sandy which was lovely! The staff couldn’t do enough to help you Georgia in particular was an absolute legend!

Hotel was very clean, modern rooms with fantastic view. The beds are very comfortable. Vasilios the hotel manager, Georgia the restaurant manager, Konstantina the receptionist and the staff at the hotel where so friendly and made the holiday even more memorable. Food was exceptional for all inclusive and always something for everyones diet.

Great location, beautiful hotel ,food basic but near all beautiful restarunts staff so friendly especially Georgia she went out of her way for us .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious and all-inclusive hotel on the beautiful Greek island of Rhodes. From the moment we arrived, My partner and I were treated like royalty by the friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel was incredibly clean and modern, with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Every meal we enjoyed was delicious and included a wide variety of Greek and foreign cuisine. There were also options for snacks and drinks available throughout the day by the hotel’s pool bar. The food alone was worth the price for this all-inclusive hotel. The incredible staff truly made it feel like a stress-free and indulgent getaway.
The room I stayed in was spacious and beautifully designed with modern amenities, including a large balcony with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the island.

The fact that we have received bottled water for free almost everyday was a big plus. Also, we had sanitary items like toothbrush and toothpaste, even a razor blade. The room was cleaned everyday and it smelled so good!

Amazing hotel in a great location, with only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and a variety of bars and restaurants on the doorstep if you’re looking to explore, although the food at the hotel is superb and even a picky eater will find something for themselves. Great facilities with 3 pools to choose from and plenty of sun beds to go around, the hotel beds are also super comfy! Staff are so lovely and go above and beyond for everyone, always smiling and happy to have a conversation. Special mentions to Christopher in the restaurant and Romeo the barman for being so kind always making us laugh and their lovely chats! x

We felt very comfortable in this hotel! The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff very friendly! The head of reception was extremely friendly and made everything possible for us the way we wanted it. Last but not least .. the hotel manager was also very accommodating :) We would definitely come back, it was well worth it.

There are so many great things about your hotel that i am afraid i cannot list everything. If i had to
sum it up in one word, i would say both the hotel and its staff is Premium.
We stayed in your hotel between June 19-26 with our little son, Gellert. We had a room downstairs
in the first part of the hotel with pool view.
As a travel agent, we have been to many places around the world, but we hardly saw such a
premium hotel as yours. It is unbelievable how the management could employ so many experts
and above all so kind staff. Respect to the management for this. The staff is extremely
professional, polite, smiley and helpful. Big special thanks for the hotel manager and Bruna, the
barman. Every time they greeted the guests with a big smile. The hotel was very clean, well
organised and modern. It is a hotel complex with 3 pools for adults and 2 for children. The
aircondition in the room is not centrally controlled, so everyone can adjust the proper
temperature.The hotel didn’t forget about families either, when designing children’s room. The
food is tasty, special and a variety to choose from. It is impossible not to find something for your
own taste, regardless we talk about breakfast, lunch or dinner. The cocktails are delicious in the
bar, the ice cream is devine. The beach is very close to the hotel, you can reach it on 2 ways. There
are several shops near the hotel, and some restaurants for those who would like to try out some
local specialities.
We never stay in the same hotel twice as to discover many places, but this is the hotel we must
return to. This hotel is a paradise.

Good location, close to Rethymno, ( beautiful city), 15 km distance, but a rental car is recommended. The hotel provides all you need for a decent & pleasant staying ( all inclusive package) : accommodation, cleaning, pool, restaurant & private beach in front of the hotel. Food was good , fresh & diverse. Cleaning daily, if you want or need. We had a pleasant staying & appreciated the small details: welcome wine & fruits, bottled water daily, toiletries & beach towels ( 10 €/ deposit refundable). Thank you for a lovely staying!

The staff was beyond expected. Our stay was very pleasant, comfortable and the staff made the experience way better. The pool and the beach a few steps from your room. Marvelous! One hour drive to the big city (Chania or Heraklion).

Clean and nice rooms. Food always rich in variety and quality.

Room was filled with fresh water every morning and nice welcoming with a bottle of wine / fruits.
Transfer to the hotel and back to the airport was organized very well and easy.

We really enjoyed our stay at White Olive Elite! The drinks were amazing (great variety of all incl drinks) the staff was always super kind and interested in offering you a great holiday. We recommend this location where we felt wonderful. We appreciate the kindness of the entire staff, the varied and very good food as well as the cleanliness. Unfortunately, being in Greece, we would have liked to listen to more Greek music.

We couldn’t had have a better experience than we did!
Everything was excellent! The food was good, the facilities too, the bedroom had a lot of storage and was brand new! Cleaning was great such as the cleaning ladies! But for us the best thing was the staff. The staff was super nice and lovely, young, professional and hard working! They would clear all our doubts, making us great drinks, recommend us the best places and giving us the best tips. They were kind, friendly and super nice! They would always help us with a smile on their faces! Special thank you to Iris, Sira and the night auditor from the reception, Denis, Mario, Panos and the girls from the pool bar and Elias from the restaurant! You made our stay so incredible that we just wished we could have stayed more days, we didn’t even wanted to leave! The girls from room 5113 wish you all the best and left the island with amazing memories in the hopes one day we could come back and revisit the moments that we had. May the future allow us to live these experiences again!

4 families travelled here and we all agreed that this was the best hotel we ever stayed in: it is very clean (both the rooms and the hotel), it is very convinient that beach towels are given, food is excellent: always lot of choices are available (pork, chicken, see food, many salads, feta, variety of cold starters, deserts). All the staff is working very hard to make sure the guests are feeling good (housekeepers, restaurant staff, receptionists, and the guys from the bar of course). All inclusive drinks are great, many coctails to choose from. Both kids/women and man found their taste of drinks and the guys in the bar are very kind. We absolutly loved this hotel, would recommend for anyone to book here. Beach is close, shops are nearby, very good hotel, absolutly worth it! We loved everything!
