The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff were really kind and helpful. Especially Konstantina the receptionist and Georgia the restaurant manager. Thank you we had a wonderful time.

I shall keep this short ignore the negative reviews booked the hotel two weeks before arriving, read the reviews and a little concerned but there was no need. The Hotel was spotless and maintained the whole of our stay, the staff gave 100% especially Rashid and Georgia, the food was excellent and always a good variety. I would definitely recommend this Hotel and will return fantastic holiday.

Nice and smiling staff. Room cleaning every day, clean towels. There was plenty of food and there was always something to choose from. Great hotel :). I can only recommend, there is a snack all day long, you won't die of hunger here

The fact that we have received bottled water for free almost everyday was a big plus. Also, we had sanitary items like toothbrush and toothpaste, even a razor blade. The room was cleaned everyday and it smelled so good!

We stayed here 1st week of August and were a little hesitant after seeing some of the reviews.

When we arrived we were so pleasantly surprised we had an amazing week! We got early check in without having to ask and were made to feel really welcome. Please ignore the negative reviews.

The staff are all lovely, we are a british couple and most of the hotel staff and guests were Polish but this wasn’t a problem. We enjoyed sitting round the pool and seeing different people it’s a nice change from it just being Brits everywhere.

I’m a VERY fussy eater and this was a concern but I didn’t struggle to find something I liked. We cannot understand how anyone could complain about the food. The cocktails were really nice with a good selection.

The rooms were spotless, we stayed in room 1109 which had a great pool view. Not sure how some reviews said they could hear party music as the strip is quite far so I don’t believe that. The hotel was really quiet.

There was music round the pool and some pool exercise and games which was good - our only fault about the hotel was no evening entertainment which would have been perfect, since there’s no evening entertainment, a shuttle bus into laganas or kalamaki could be a nice touch as we spent quite a bit on taxis some nights. The hotel decorates the pool area with nice lights when it gets dark which is a nice touch and we often sat by the pool on an evening with a beer which was really chilled.

Overall we had an amazing week and we’re really impressed by the hotel and it’s wonderful staff! we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone! We felt we definitely got our value for money as we didn’t pay too much for our holiday especially with it being in the summer holidays.

The road to the beach is a bit unpleasant but this isn’t the hotels fault and there are alternative ways to get to the beach. It’s only a 5 minute walk so wasn’t too bad, again can’t really complain I think some people are just very hard to please!

Excellent hotel. Excellent staff from the reception, cleaning, the dining room with the manager Costas. Highly recommend. They are kind. They help with everything and the hotel is beautiful in a great location. Central and quiet. Thank you very much

Really modern and clean hotel, multiple pools make it so easy to dip in whenever you want. The food is very good quality however if you're a fussy eater you may struggle as they don't always have Chicken nuggets, fries etc. Two members of staff who especially shone were Paulina and Romeo, who were energetic and so kind to us throughout the stay, so much so that they made my holiday!

Clean newer facility. Attentive staff. Close to many restaurants and bars but far enough away from the Laganas night scene. Pool bar staff especially Panos deserve special recognition. Good for couples and families.

The hotel is very clean and has extremely comfortable beds and pillows, clean towels issued daily and you can get clean beach towels daily for 10 euros deposit. The hotel is in a quite area, close by are a supermarket , 2-3 tavernas and car hire and tourist trips can be booked at the car hire centre. A coffee snack bar and a restaurant. You can catch a bus from the bus stop (10 minute walk) to Rethymon or Heraklion.
If you turn left out of the hotel and walk down the road for 5 minutes you will come to a car hire centre, you can book tourist trips from here. We went on a day trip to Chania and a second trip we took to Elafonisi beach, this took us up into the mountains and to a beautiful beach.
Plenty of food to select from and always a special personal service. Michael and his team of staff in the dinning Hall were so friendly and accommodating. Michael greeted us each night and made sure that everything was ok
During the evenings there is an outside bar and terrace where you can sit and watch the sunset. Bar closes around 11pm and most people are in bed around 11.30pm. Once a week there is a live DJ until 11.00pm.
The sea is very warm and has a sand bank after a few metres , waves can be choppy some days but mostly calm seas.
The bar is by the beach and the bar staff were very friendly and helpful, supplying us with Raki and wine. You can also get fruit, pizza and cake from the bar during the day time. Sun beds are comfortable and free on the beach.
Whilst on holiday , we had a knock on the door one morning and a lady arrived with a birthday cake , bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine for my husband's birthday and a lovely birthday card from Christos (Hotel Manager). This was a lovely unexpected surprise for my husband and myself.

The guys at the bar really made our stay here beautiful.
Food is tasty and tasty, the desserts are the best. The greek cocktails at the bar are amazing, the 3 pools are lovely, it’s a shame that they close at 19.00 PM. However, I highly recommend booking this hotel in laganas, the position is ideal, close to the beach and to the center of laganas. I also recommend booking at least 1 boat trip in zante, i’ve seen the bluest water ever.
Last but not least, big thumbs up to the manager, who always makes sure everything is alright.

Great hotel. Very close to the beach. Clean, modern and comfortable. Felicious and varied food. The hotel and pools were not overcrowded. The biggest plus was the friendly service, always helpful (special thanks to Christos!)

Having read some reviews here before visiting this hotel, myself and my partner were a little concerned. We didn't need to be! The hotel is lovely and clean with all of the basic amenities you will need.

The staff are extremely friendly and work incredibly hard every day. Nothing was ever too much bother for them.

The food, yes it was a little basic, but we found something to eat everyday with no issue, and - wait for it - there was actually chips on most days (despite other reviews saying otherwise)! There was some really tasty food throughout our stay but the shining star here has to be the desserts - incredibly good!

There was never any real queues for the drinks, and the hotel is on relatively small grounds so everything was really easily accessible.

The room was spacious and we barely heard any noise whatsoever. The only downside here was the doors being quite heavy so bang easily, however this can be avoided by ensuring you hold the door as it closes so as not to make too much noise.

Please note, this hotel is quite close to the strip, so there were holidaymakers there who had come most likely for the nightlife. Some were a little disruptive, but the hotel staff kept this under control and this did not cause us any problems.

Overall, we had a great holiday here. We would happily return to the White Olive chain in the future.

What a lovely hotel, we have stayed in many hotels now and 3 in zante this out does the other hotels.
From first arriving they welcomed us and showed us to our rooms, lovely spacious air conditioned rooms.

Comfy beds and plenty of things in bathroom incase you forget anything like a toothbrush.

Reception was always very helpful giving us directions to where we needed to go.
The hotel food we found no problems with there was plenty of choice and something different every night, we did hear a few youngsters complaining because there wasn't chips every night but you had fresh salads hams cheeses pork beef fish dishes all sorts.

The entertainment lady Victoria was a delight to meet she works so hard in trying get guests enjoy their stay thankyou victoria.

I'd also like give a special mention to evie who works in the dining room my mum is a diabetic and my wife lactose intolerant and she helped guide them to foods that they could have along with the restaurant manager who also helped us.

Hotel’s beautiful, very clean, foods also good with wide selection, all very modern. Rooms again very clean and modern, aircon is ice cold, staff were all friendly but Sira was amazing in every way, every time would say hello and hope your having a good day, real lovely women.

Had an amazing time at the The White Olive Elite. Stayed for one week and only have the nicest things to say about the hotel, the staff and the food. We had an issue with our room (our fault) and was given the room we wanted with no issue. The staff were so accommodating with all our requests and enquiries. We were very satisfied with the food on offer and as vegetarians felt that we were well catered for. Soecial shout out to Sira and George in reception for making us feel welcome and valued and to Panos in the pool bar who exuded friendliness and positivity. There is no evening entertainment which might not suit some people but it did us. Cannot understand any negative reviews as we really had such a positive experience. Enjoy!

Your waiter is the best! Food is very good, drinks are strong. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this place. Beach is amazing too. And also is not that far from the city center.

Amazing hotel in a great location, with only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and a variety of bars and restaurants on the doorstep if you’re looking to explore, although the food at the hotel is superb and even a picky eater will find something for themselves. Great facilities with 3 pools to choose from and plenty of sun beds to go around, the hotel beds are also super comfy! Staff are so lovely and go above and beyond for everyone, always smiling and happy to have a conversation. Special mentions to Christopher in the restaurant and Romeo the barman for being so kind always making us laugh and their lovely chats! x

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious and all-inclusive hotel on the beautiful Greek island of Rhodes. From the moment we arrived, My partner and I were treated like royalty by the friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel was incredibly clean and modern, with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Every meal we enjoyed was delicious and included a wide variety of Greek and foreign cuisine. There were also options for snacks and drinks available throughout the day by the hotel’s pool bar. The food alone was worth the price for this all-inclusive hotel. The incredible staff truly made it feel like a stress-free and indulgent getaway.
The room I stayed in was spacious and beautifully designed with modern amenities, including a large balcony with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the island.

We felt very comfortable in this hotel! The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff very friendly! The head of reception was extremely friendly and made everything possible for us the way we wanted it. Last but not least .. the hotel manager was also very accommodating :) We would definitely come back, it was well worth it.

There are so many great things about your hotel that i am afraid i cannot list everything. If i had to
sum it up in one word, i would say both the hotel and its staff is Premium.
We stayed in your hotel between June 19-26 with our little son, Gellert. We had a room downstairs
in the first part of the hotel with pool view.
As a travel agent, we have been to many places around the world, but we hardly saw such a
premium hotel as yours. It is unbelievable how the management could employ so many experts
and above all so kind staff. Respect to the management for this. The staff is extremely
professional, polite, smiley and helpful. Big special thanks for the hotel manager and Bruna, the
barman. Every time they greeted the guests with a big smile. The hotel was very clean, well
organised and modern. It is a hotel complex with 3 pools for adults and 2 for children. The
aircondition in the room is not centrally controlled, so everyone can adjust the proper
temperature.The hotel didn’t forget about families either, when designing children’s room. The
food is tasty, special and a variety to choose from. It is impossible not to find something for your
own taste, regardless we talk about breakfast, lunch or dinner. The cocktails are delicious in the
bar, the ice cream is devine. The beach is very close to the hotel, you can reach it on 2 ways. There
are several shops near the hotel, and some restaurants for those who would like to try out some
local specialities.
We never stay in the same hotel twice as to discover many places, but this is the hotel we must
return to. This hotel is a paradise.

Hotel was lovely and in a great location. The staff were wonderful, really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The all inclusive was great, always something nice to choose from. Really clean. Would definitely visit again

The staff was beyond expected. Our stay was very pleasant, comfortable and the staff made the experience way better. The pool and the beach a few steps from your room. Marvelous! One hour drive to the big city (Chania or Heraklion).

Room was filled with fresh water every morning and nice welcoming with a bottle of wine / fruits.
Transfer to the hotel and back to the airport was organized very well and easy.

4 families travelled here and we all agreed that this was the best hotel we ever stayed in: it is very clean (both the rooms and the hotel), it is very convinient that beach towels are given, food is excellent: always lot of choices are available (pork, chicken, see food, many salads, feta, variety of cold starters, deserts). All the staff is working very hard to make sure the guests are feeling good (housekeepers, restaurant staff, receptionists, and the guys from the bar of course). All inclusive drinks are great, many coctails to choose from. Both kids/women and man found their taste of drinks and the guys in the bar are very kind. We absolutly loved this hotel, would recommend for anyone to book here. Beach is close, shops are nearby, very good hotel, absolutly worth it! We loved everything!
